HUGE Fashion & Beauty Haul!

08:00 0 Comments

Hi Guys,

I don't really film many hauls on my channel, as I haven't really been making a lot of purchases recently. I've been trying to cut down on the amount of makeup I've been buying - my Alex 9 Drawers are completely full of makeup, and you would have guessed that's the reason if you had seen my Makeup Collection Videos! (Part 1, Part 2)

A couple of weeks ago, I ventured out shopping with my friend Rhi, and she's such a bad influence on me when we go shopping, because I end up buying so many things. I literally came back with bags in bags, full up to the top...it wasn't good for my bank balance!

I accumulated quite a few things from this shopping trip, and the week before, so thought I'd incorporate everything into a video. I know that some of you guys like watching my hauls, and there might be some new products in here that you'd like to get another opinion on. I will be doing a First Impression video on a products I purchased in this video, and I can't wait!

To see everything I have in this haul, just click on the video above. There are some great things from Hollister (obviously, and I'm obsessed with Hollister), the Disney Store, Victoria's Secret, and much more.

Enjoy,
Chloe xoxo

My Last Florida Vlogs!!!

04:29 0 Comments
Hi Guys,

I've finally managed to get around to uploading my final vlogs from my holiday in Florida, from earlier this year. Follow me around on my holiday, and see what I got up to.

I loved filming and editing these video, because they show some amazing things that you can do, and others that I had done for the first time.

If you're looking to visit Florida soon, I hope these vlogs help you out with some great places to go to, and things to see.

The videos are:
Days 9 & 10: We visited Disney Springs in the evening of Day 9, and on Day 10, we shopped some more at an Outlet Store, and checked out Old Town in the evening. In Old Town, we saw the vintage car displays - where hundreds of people bring by their vintage cars for everyone to see!
Day 11: We visited Disney Spring again in the afternoon, and visited Disney Quest for the first time in years!
Day 12: We shopped in some MORE Outlet Stores, and had an amazing dinner and show at Medieval Times - The first time we have ever been there and it was incredible!
Day 13: We visited Universal Studios again this day, where it was torrential rain! This was the first time we had seen the new Diagon Alley at the theme park and rode Escape from Gringotts! For dinner, we visited a place where we have wanted to go for years - Smokey Bones. Just a little heads up, the food was AMAZING!

Check out all of the final vlogs below.

Enjoy,
Chloe xoxo

My Favourites on Netflix!

23:34 0 Comments
Hey guys,
I've recently been addicted to somer shows on Netflix - I don't know what I did without it!

I've had Netflix for a couple of months, and I am just in awe of how many different shows and movies you can watch! There are many that I haven't seen before, and there are also Netflix Exclusives. I always thought that the exclusive shows were not going to be that good, but then my sister started watching 'Richie Rich', and she said it was better than Disney Channel! (which she constantly watches).

The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt

The first show that I want to talk about is 'Kimmy Schmidt'. This was the first show that I decided to watch when I first had Netflix. I have to say that it was probably the best decision! As it is written by Tina Fey, I knew that I should give it a go, and as soon as I started watching, I was addicted.
Everything Tina Fey touches, is perfect.
This show is literally my type of humour, and it's so funny, and a little silly at times, but it's what I like in a TV show.
I watched the whole series in a c couple of days, and now I can't wait for the second series!

Once Upon A Time

Now this show, I actually came across by accident.
If you have seen any of my videos, you will know that I am a huge Disney fan, and when I found out that this show has characters from Disney, I knew I had to watch it.
I have seen a couple of Behind-The-Scenes videos on the E! Channel, and the show had very positive reviews, and it looked very different to anything that I've seen on TV.
This show mixes real-life with fantasy.
All of the characters are characters from fairytales (e.g. Snow White and Rumplestiltskin), and are also real-life characters too. They're trapped in a world called 'Storybrook' and have been cursed by the Evil Witch to not be able to remember that they are actually fairytale characters.
You need to persevere with this show, as the special effects can sometimes put you off, as they are more for younger audiences, but the acting is perfect!

3rd Rock From The Sun

Now, if you are a 90s kid, chances are that you have already heard of or seen this show. I had only heard about it because my older sister used to talk about it a lot of the time. After I have seen pretty much everything that I wanted to see on Netflix, I decided to give this little gem a go.

It's a very typical 90s sitcom - humour and innuendos throughout the show - but that's what made show in those days.
This family are all aliens sent to Earth to study the human race, but it doesn't go as simple as that.
I enjoy it so much, that I pretty much watch it every night, and it just gives me a laugh before I go to bed.
If you're a fan of 'Friends', 'Fraser' or 'Everybody Loves Raymond', then I know that you will love this!

Enjoy,
Chloe xoxo

Paris Vlogs: Days 3 & 4!

04:13 0 Comments
Hi Guys,

As you will know, I had a little holiday in Paris at the beginning of february, and I vlogged my holiday to keep a mini video diary of what I did there.

For day 3, we went to Disney Studios and also Disneyland, where it started to snow just as we got into the park! It was a beautiful day, and we created our own animation!

Day 4, was our last day in Paris and we decided to do everything again for one last time. We did some more shopping at La Vallee Village, finished shopping in Disney Village, and headed off again to Disney Studios.

We had an amazing time and I definitely recommend that you goon holiday to Paris if you love Disney. Also, as we booked our holiday through Disney, we got a much cheaper and better deal than going elsewhere.

Check out the last day below or the whole holiday on my youtube channel here!

Enjoy,
Chloe :) xoxo

Sephora Disney's Ariel Part Of Your World Palette Swatches & Review!

11:47 0 Comments

Hi Guys,
A little while ago, you would have remembered that I recently showed some new palettes in my Huge Collective Haul on my channel (video above). I promised some swatches, and I've already swatched theBalm Nude'tude Palette, and I've now swatched the Disney Sephora Ariel Palette.

Here are all of the swatches, and a little bit of information about each of the colours. I purchased this from a website called Rose's Beauty Store. Basically, they sell products that are most requested, which are only normally available in the US. I managed to pick up this palette for £22.99 on sale from the store! I knew from the moment that I saw this palette on the site, I had to buy it. I'm obsessed with Disney, and The Little Mermaid and Ariel are my favourite movie and character!

First thing, the packaging is absolutely gorgeous! Even the cardboard packaging is amazing and pretty much makes the palette look as though it was found amongst Ariel's treasures! I absolutely love it! The back of the packaging also tells you the colours that are included, and the names of each, with a mini sort of swatch of the colour in a little shell shaped circle. This way, it makes it easy for you to be able to tell which shadows are in the palette, without having to open it up.

The palette comes in a cream coloured plastic case, which has a beautiful design printed on the from. This isn't the sort of design where its just a sticker on the front. This is a 3D print on the front. Meaning that you can see all of the ridges of the case, and you can not simply scrape this off. Its a design that is featured on the front cover on the newest Special Edition of the Movie, which makes it more special. Adding the pops of silver on the case, makes it look more luxurious.

When you open the case up, you come across the compact mirror, and the vibrant colour on the bottom two shadows. There is a quote on the mirror 'Dreams are realities in waiting', which is a line featured in The Little Mermaid, said by Sebastian.

There are 4 colours in the palette (which all have names related to the movie) - Who's-it?, what's-it?, Dinglehopper, Snarfblat.
Who's-it? - Is a shimmery white colour, which is great for a highlight.
What's-it? - Is the only almost matte shade in the palette. It's a light brown matte shadow. Great for a transition shade!
Dinglehopper - Is a shimmery light green shade. It's more green than aqua, but reminds me of Ariel's tail.
Snarfblat - Is a gorgeous bright purple shade, with large flecks of shimmer. This shade reminds me of Ariel's top.
Swatches - (L-R) Who's-it?, What's-it?, Dinglehopper, Snarfblat
When I opened the case, it was super excited and couldn't wait to do swatches of the shades. I have to say, I was a little disappointed in the pigmentation of the swatches. A thing that I really liked, was that you could see shimmer in all shades - shimmer shades are my favourite shadows. There was even a slight shimmer in the matte shade.

I was extremely happy with the swatches from Who's-it? and Snarfblat. These were very highly pigmented, and showed up amazingly. It didn't bother me with the amount and the sizes of shimmer in Snarfblat. I just think it made it beautiful.

My least favourite were What's-it? and Dinglehopper. The swatches were not very good at all. What's-it? didn't show up on my skin as well as I would have hoped, but in real life, it did look a little more pigmented. Dinglehopper, I'm not a fan of. I was super excited to see this shade, as I don't own a green shade eye shadow, and thought this would be great for a Mermaid Style Make-up. The swatch was not good. This swatch was with me building up the colour 3 times. Not very pigmented, and not a very good shade if you want bold colour.

Overall, I do like this palette. I did feel like the pigmentation would have been a lot better than it was. As been as its my most expensive palette I have purchased, I thought the product would be great! I like half of the shades, and would probably wear them the majority of the time. I do think the pigmented shades are absolutely gorgeous, and I do feel like I could make the other 2 work out good with a little practice. I also think the packaging is gorgeous, and much better quality than other palettes I have purchased.

However, I don't think the palette is worth the price. It retailed for $30 in the US, so it's pretty much a high end product. It didn't feel like a high end product. it just really felt like you pay the price for the packaging. It's a little disappointing when I think the pigmentation was so much higher in my theBalm Nude'tude palette, and even my MUA palettes which cost £4 are more pigmented than What's-it? and Dinglehopper.

I suggest that if you are a big Disney and The Little Mermaid fan, then give it a go. But if you're not, I wouldn't recommend it, as you would be disappointed.
