My Florida Haul!

08:00 0 Comments

Hi Guys,

Last month, I went on my holiday to Florida - which I had been waiting a year to go on! - and among going to Theme Parks, I managed to fit in a little bit of shopping...OK, it was more like A LOT of Shopping!

I've had my eye on a few beauty products which I know that you can't buy over here, or are super expensive to get shipped over, so thought I'd stalk Walmart and Target to get my hands on these products. I managed to buy everything I wanted, other than one.

The Flower Beauty Loose Translucent Powder was the HARDEST thing for me to track down! Every time I went into Walmart, they were completely sold out! I even looked on their website to find the nearest store which had it, and no where in a 20 mile radius had it. So, I had no choice, but to leave that one behind.

Outlet shopping. Outlet shopping is the BEST type of shopping in Florida. I've been to a couple of outlet sotres in other countries before - Set Midlands Outlet and La Vallee Village - but nothing is quite as good, big and as affordable as the outlets in Florida.

Whilst I was away, I was determined that I didn't need to by a bag or a purse - I'm saving for my Dream Bag. But low and behold, I caved.

So, on my holiday, I was adamant that I was only going to buy a couple of foundations and lots of my favourite mascaras (Cover Girl The Super Sizer Mascara), but I ended up buying beauty, fashion, a bag, and a new purse.

Check out my video (above) to see all of the amazing items I purchased over my time in Florida.

There was one item that I didn't feature... Pumpkin Juice.

I tried this Pumpkin Juice on a whim, when we visited The Wizarding World Of Harry Potter. Everyone was buying an ice cream, and since I have developed a little intolerance to cow's milk, I wasn't able to have any of the flavours. So instead, I decided to try a Pumpkin Juice.
I've never eaten or drank pumpkin before, so it was a completely blind taste test, and I have to say that I actually really enjoyed it. I purchased two bottles of this on two occasions, and kept the bottles, because they're so good, and you won't be able to buy them from anywhere else! ☺

Now that my laptop is finally back to me (again), I'll be going through the footage from the holiday, and will upload some vlogs to my main youtube channel, hopefully soon.

Enjoy,
Chloe xoxo

Clearing Out My Wardrobe & I'm Selling My Items!

08:30 0 Comments
Hi Guys,

I'm about to make my first BIG Luxury purchase of my dream handbag next month, which I have been loving and have been dreaming about for the past 2-3 years. Never in my wildest dreams would I have thought that I would EVER be able to afford something so expensive, but I've been saving up, and have researched everything about this particular bag!

In order for me to feel better about adding another item to my collection, I've decided to do a GIANT Spring Clean of my wardrobe!

I'm selling bags which I don't use anymore, clothes which I have either never worn or that I don't want anymore, unworn shoes, and there's some unused beauty products which I feel are just cluttering up my space.

I don't have a big bedroom or a lot of space for these items, and I don't really want to bring another big item - along with it's box and bag - if there's no room for it to go!

I've already added some pieces I'm selling online, but will be adding a lot more at the weekend. These are just items I never use and I just feel like giving them to a much better home!

Check out my Depop, which is where I'm placing all of my items for sale. If you want to make me an offer, just message me. Everything really needs to go as soon as possible.

Thanks,
Chloe xoxo

Long-Lasting Makeup! Copper/Red Eyes + Pink Lips!

08:30 0 Comments

Hi Guys,

Since I've been bcd to filming videos, I asked you all which videos you would like to see up, and a couple of my subscribers said that they wanted to see a Valentine's Day Makeup Tutorial.

I didn't want to create just any makeup tutorial - I wanted to make sure that is was long lasting for the whole night, so it lasts throughout anything which you may be doing for the day. Plus, I wanted to make sure it stays looking perfect, and looks great in photos!

If you don't already know, I have oily combination skin, with my T-zone being super oily! All of these products were tried and tested, and some are even holy grail products of mine. I promise that even f you are super oily, this makeup WILL NOT BUDGE!!!

I created a makeup look for when me and Neil had our Valentine's Day on the Saturday before, and I had so many compliments for you all on my Instagram, so thought that I'd keep everything the same, and just change the lip combination to look more pink. (Photo from my makeup on the day below).

This look has a hint of red on the eyes, and pink for the lips, the colours which I associate with Valentine's Day. Which you will be able to tell from my previous Valentine's Day Makeup Tutorials (below).

The lip combination is one which I have been wearing constantly, and is my go-to when I don't know what to do with my lipstick. The lipstick is my favourite by MAC - Angel, and I used the Jouer Lip Topper in Skinny Dip - which is perfection!

So, if you want to find some long lasting makeup which won't budge, or just want to create beautiful makeup look for date nights, just watch the video above. All products are a mix of drugstore and high end, so you don't have to break the bank to have this look.

Also, I have below my previous Valentine's Day Makeup Tutorials if you'd like to try some others out!

Enjoy,
Chloe xoxo

Did I Get Everything On My Christmas Wishlist?

05:00 0 Comments

Hi guys,

On Christmas Eve last year, I posted a blog post on my Wishlist for Christmas 2016.

Now, I'm one of those people who doesn't know what they want, and I don't expect much at Christmas. Two of the presents on my Wishlist were extremely last minute choices! Click here to check out my Wishlist!

So, did I end up receiving everything I wished for?

I actually received one of the items from my mum and dad, and purchased one of them in the sale after Christmas, so I was extremely happy! 😊
My parents got me the Babyliss Curl Secret hair tool, and this was the present I mainly wanted, because I've been after it for several years, and since it came out on the market. I didn't buy it for myself, because I was holding off as it was £90 and would never go on sale for under £80!
I managed to find one at Costco, which was in a new package for £50, so I'm guessing that's why they had to go to Costco so urgently when the coupon book arrived! Hehe

The item which I purchased for myself was the Lancome Juicy Shakers set. I thought that this was pretty expensive over Christmas, as you didn't really save anything buying the set. I wasn't upset that I didn't receive it, as I was too crazy about it - it was a last minute present on my Wishlist anyway!
I headed over to the Boots website on Christmas Day Evening, as I couldn't sleep, and low and behold, there was a HUGE sale on all of their Christmas Gift Sets!
I managed to snag this set for under £30, which is around the same price as one and a half juicy shakers.
I've been obsessed with these little lip oils since they came out, however I'm still loving the colour I purchased when they came out more, which is the Melon flavour.

Even though I only received one of the items on my Wishlist, I was super happy, had a beautiful Christmas, and was so thankful of everything that I received!

I hope you all had beautiful Christmases, and if you don't celebrate Christmas, I hope you had a beautiful new year and holiday! 😊
Oh, and if you want to see some items I received for Christmas, and what I received for my birthday, check out the video above.

Enjoy,
Chloe xoxo

I'M BACK! & Where Have I Been?!

03:32 0 Comments
Hi Guys,
If you've been subscribed to my Youtube channel for a while, you'll know that I usually upload between 1-2 videos per week. In December and January, I had stopped uploading videos altogether, which is very unlike me.

I've mentioned the reason why a couple of times on my channel, however if you're not an avid viewer of my videos, you probably wouldn't know.

Towards the end of December, both my laptop and my camera decided to completely break on me! These are the two things that I use to film and edit my videos, so it was impossible for me to record and edit videos and upload them to my channel - I managed to film three explanation videos on my channel, however these were all filmed with my phone, and were uploaded by my phone too.

I managed to take my laptop to get fixed, but have had so many problems with the company, and my laptop still isn't completely done, as a noticed a flaw in it just before I left to go on holiday to Florida two weeks ago!

The company who I used are called Storm Front - who are approved Apple Technicians and booked my appointment through the Apple website. The people at my local store - which is still 30 mins away from where I live - were constantly telling myself and Neil different things on the phone when we both rang up. Also, when we went in to drop off my laptop, every employee was telling me something different!

For instance, I asked the guy at the counter how much it would cost to send back my old hard drive along with my new one - my hard drive had to be repaired - and he said that he thinks that they send it back for free. The his colleague - who is presumably higher than him - told me that i would cost £120 for my new hard drive, and an extra £120 to send back my old one. (I then found out when they sent my laptop off to the Office to get it fixed, that it was going to cost £120 to have a new hard drive, where my old one was sent back for free, and I also get back my £50 deposit. And this was from the Head Office).

Honestly, I don't recommend my local store that I went to, because they just don't communicate with each other, but think that the Head Office were great and gave me straight answers.

Before I left for Florida, I noticed that they had installed the incorrect size hard drive (my original one was 1TB, and they installed 500), which is a huge difference when you use your laptop for your work, and when you paid extra to have the extra memory.

I do have to say that they were fantastic when I called up with this problem, and they will sort it our for me as soon as I take in my laptop, and they told me to receive my old £50 deposit back from my local store  - which they forgot to mention or refund me when I picked up my laptop - and they will place a new hard drive in for me. They were very helpful, got back to me within a couple of hours and were very apologetic.

So, I still have to take my laptop in one more time to get it back to normal, so I'll also be pre-filming and uploading some more videos to be uploaded over the next couple of weeks.

Anyway, I am finally back to filming and uploading videos on a regular basis, and I'm super happy that I'm back.
Also, my camera is back in full working order - I think it was from when I would attach it to my laptop, and it started to freeze. It was probably a way of telling me that my Macbook was breaking!

Thank you all for my lovely Happy Birthday messages before I came back to Youtube, and I appreciate everything! :)

Check out my youtube channel for more videos every week, I am uploading 1-2 videos per week!

Enjoy,
Chloe xoxo
